Services

Vetrina26 provides custom website design and development services for small businesses. Our standard offering includes:

• Custom-built website (no templates or page builders)
• Initial draft delivered within 3 business days
• Website live within 7 business days of project start
• Ongoing hosting and maintenance

Pricing & Payment

• Setup fee: $400 USD (one-time)
• Monthly fee: $19 USD/month
• The monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, and minor updates
• Payment is due upon agreement to proceed, after the free preview
• The free preview carries no obligation or cost

Free Preview

We offer a complimentary custom preview of your website before any payment is required. The preview is provided at no cost and with no obligation. You are free to decline without any charges.

Cancellation

You may cancel the monthly service at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your website will remain active through the end of the current billing period
• The one-time setup fee is non-refundable
• No further monthly charges will apply after cancellation

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos)
• Website design and code created by Vetrina26 remain our intellectual property until the setup fee is paid in full
• Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the website design for your business
• We may showcase your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information for your website
• Respond to communications in a timely manner to meet delivery timelines
• Ensure that all content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights
• Not use the website for any unlawful purposes

Limitation of Liability

Vetrina26 provides websites on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver all projects within the stated timeline (draft in 3 days, live in 7 days). Timelines may be extended if:

• You do not provide required content or feedback promptly
• The project scope changes after initial agreement
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control arise

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
